Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum, Plus benefits
Shifts: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.

Manpower is recruiting for a Caretaker on behalf of our client located in Basildon. The role is Permanent, and based within the Engineering Sector.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the General care and maintenance of three industrial units in Basildon.
This will include, but not limited to:
*Minor maintenance and repairs.
*Maintaining decorations in good order.
*General cleaning inclusive of Weeding / Litter clearing etc.
*Cleaning and making good of Kitchen Areas/Boardroom.
*Also a willingness to undertake a wide variety of other duties if needed to ensure efficient operation of the Company
*Minor plumbing work, light electrical work and carpentry works.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience as a multi-skilled handyman or similar roles.
*Ability to work on their own and see work that needs to be done.
*Have a can do attitude
*Trade experience
*Drivers Licence
