Are you looking for a challenging role which enables you to work across a diverse range of activities? Are you an excellent communicator?

As an International Marketing Assistant, your main duties will include:

*Coordinate arrangements for incoming visits to the University including: generating invitation letters, drafting and coordinating briefing notes for participating University staff, liaising with faculties to create visit programmes, making relevant bookings and taking meeting minutes.

*Support University level visits to the markets including organising logistical arrangements; co-ordinating travel and accommodation, checking visa requirements, creating itineraries, organising briefing sessions, completing risk assessments to ensure a high quality standard of care is provided to staff travelling overseas.

*Draft cultural- specific correspondence on behalf of senior management team as and when required

*Work closely with the local team in China, ensuring good communications between teams, maintaining activity plans and databases of stakeholder contacts, collating and recording all visit reports, facilitating regular meetings, and disseminating updates and new information from the University to the team.

*Support CRM-related activity and promotions including email communications with applicants and agents, lead data management and extracting data from the relevant systems.

*Support, develop and provide content for digital and social media marketing across a variety of social media channels, newsletters and webpages, adapting the content to suit the audience.

As an International Marketing Assistant, you will have:
*Ability to communicate professionally and effectively to a wide range of audiences and across varying levels of seniority
*Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills
*Ability to draft clear and culturally appropriate written communications
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight and/or conflicting deadlines with a proactive approach to solving problems.
*Well-developed organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
*A valid passport and be willing and able to travel at short notice.
*Previous Higher Education international office experience
