Customer service assistant to work in a delivery depot. Answering customer calls and assisting with queries and tracking of post and packages. No sales involved.
Must have a confident telephone manner and have excellent communication skills.
This is to cover maternity leave and will go on until Feb 2019.
Hours of work - 1400-1700 Mon-Fri with the opportunity to do flexi hours sometimes
Overtime on a Saturday ( optional ) 0700-12.30
Hourly rate - £8.50 to start and will go up after 12 weeks.
