Location: - Barlborough - Sheffield.

Hourly Rate: - £8.62 per hour.

Shifts: - 8am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm - Must be able to work both shifts.

Contract: - 10 Months

Manpower is working in partnership with a well-established telecommunications company based in Barlborough. We are looking for a number of Resourcing Coordinators to join the team on initially 3 month contract with the potential of being extended.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:-

*Scheduling workload to engineers.
*Ensuring correct parts have been assigned to the engineer.
*Updating customer records with work carried out.
*Answering both inbound and outbound calls related to breakdown or coverage issues.
*Updating the customer on the changes/ delays.
*Identifying business opportunities.
*Ensuring the engineer has all the information needed to carry out their work.
*Tracking the status of engineers in the field.

To be successful as a Customer Service Advisor you must have:-

*Previous experience dealing with customer enquiries.
*Able to work within a fast pace environment.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Able to multi task on several different computer screens and software.
*Be able to follow strict company guidelines and regulations.
*Able to work as part of a team.
