Customer Service Advisor - Night Shifts

We are looking for a customer service advisor to work night shifts at a busy taxi company based in central Brighton!

This is a full time role, working nights shifts Monday through to Friday. The normal working hours would be from 11PM - 6AM.

The responsibilities of this role will be to speak to both customers and taxi drivers. You will be speaking to customers who would like to book taxis and you will also be dealing with any complaints that customers have. You will be speaking to taxi drivers to direct them to their route.

We are looking for someone who has a fantastic telephone manner and someone who is a confident individual. Previous experience is not essential but it would be beneficial.
