Our client, a leading industrial company with offices based in Altrincham is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Administrator to work as a part of an established team.

The successful candidate will be working in a team which provides administrative support for the Refresh Voucher Scheme, deal with switchboard calls and support customer service enquires from Customers and DDC Stores to the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Administer the Refresh Vouchers Scheme and act as a single point of contact for customers advising them on the process to follow
* Support Customer Service by dealing with enquiries from customers and DDC Stores
* Respond to daily switchboard calls for Head Office, transferring individuals to correct area of the business
* Provide accurate reports
* Support team members as and when required

Key Skills:

* Previous experience in Customer Service environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong administration skills with attention to detail
* Good IT - Microsoft office skills
* Team player
* We are looking for candidates with attention to detail and data inputting skills
