£16,000 - £20,000 per annum
Manpower has a number of vacancies to join a company at a new Customer Contact Centre in Ashfield for an assignment with significant future opportunities. This well-established business is a leading provider of educational resources to educational establishments and brings significant benefits and impact to its clients. They are an international company and are looking for proven Customer Contact Advisors to join their established team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer all types of customer contact (via telephone, email, post etc.) including inbound and outbound communication.
* Attend business updates, team meetings and product demonstration days.
* Support the Team Leader in testing and implementation of process improvements.
* Building relationships through effective communication and problem solving.
* Ensure queries are resolved within defined service levels and work towards KPIs.
Key Skills:
* Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
* Proven customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.
* Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in MS Office and a fast learner of new databases.
* Self-motivated with a customer focused attitude.
