Our client is looking for a calibration engineer to be based mainly at our Winnersh site, but may also (very occasionally) perform calibrations on customer sites a part of our on-site calibration team.Responsibilities include:
- Testing and calibration using electrical/electronic test equipment, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy. Works on service assignments with clearly defined objectives
- Performs routine tasks, using prescribed procedures and technical duties that may require use of judgment, and multi-tasking
- Solves test and calibration problems which requires an ability to be methodical in approach and apply learnt technical knowledge
Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times between 6:30 and 8:30 a.m., on an average of 37.5 hours/week with some (infrequent) opportunity for overtime.
Pay is between £10.00 and £14.00/hour.
