Fantastic opportunity for a professional and friendly Coordinator to join a well-established and leading manufacturing business based in Wellingborough.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and service support across various contracts; therefore you must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work well under pressure and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
The responsibilities of the Commercial Coordinator will include:
*Producing tenders for various contracts
*Compiling all relevant documentation for tenders
*Liaise and build relationships with various internal departments
*Arrange delivery dates/manufacture dates with Operation/Production
*Process and check contracts
*Deal with any queries from client throughout the whole contract
*Assist contract Manager with scheduling fitters
*Keep client up to date with any issues that may arise
*Keep the installation schedule up to date throughout the whole contract
*Order processing - including ordering of materials from suppliers
Skills required:
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Commercially astute
*Confident and articulate
*Good relationship building skills
*Excellent communicator
*Experience within a Construction/manufacturing business is advantageous but not essential
*IT literate - good knowledge of Microsoft office
This is a growing organisation and a very exciting time to join!
Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
