The role of telesales executive will be to secure meetings with new clients for the company by sourcing new sales opportunities from within a target market, sector or region.

The meetings will be fully qualified using BANT / MAN methodology. This will be across the full portfolio of products ranging from, IP PBX and Hosted Telephone Systems, SIP, VoIP, Fixed voice, Leased Line, Ethernet, Fibre, ADSL & MPLS.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver 5 qualified appointments per week with net new prospects.
* Achieve pre-set KPI's geared towards generating new appointments.
* Devise a strategy for targeting your agreed market, sector or region.
* Research and prepare suspect/prospect lists within the defined target markets.
* Maintain an up to date and accurate sales pipeline.
* Work with internal marketing, telemarketing and product specialist teams to compile compelling propositions that address prospect need within defined target areas
* High contact of target market via different means to create frequent new appointments.

* Build a strong pipeline of at least 3;1 ratio of opportunities against target.
* Pro-actively promote all products and services of the company.
* Follow up on referrals and any new leads provided.
* Engage sales product specialists and pre-sales to support opportunities.
* Be flexible and willing to develop product and wider market knowledge.
* Update the CRM system with all activity and complete other ad hoc reports on request.
* Provide regular, accurate sales forecasts.
* Provide a consultative approach to discussing business and telecoms requirements and articulating how the company can address these needs.
* Identify key decision makers and buying process within prospects, ensuring that where required director level engagement is identified.
* Ensure the company is positively represented at all times

Bonus Scheme for Telesales Executive

* For every appointment generated which meets the minimum BANT methodology criteria a one off payment of £20.00 will be paid.

o B (Budget) - A budget has been assigned to the project.
o A (Authority) - The person that the meeting has been booked with has the necessary authority within the business to make decisions regarding telecoms.
o N (Need) - The meeting is to discuss an active telecoms related project.
o T (Timeline) - The telecoms project / existing network services contracts are up for review / renewal within the next six months.

* For each telephone line / broadband signed up to a minimum 12 month contract a one off payment of £3.50 per line / broadband will be paid.

* For larger projects - ie new system installation / cabling projects, 2.5% of the gross profit from the project will be paid.
