Sales Agent

Our Client is looking to recruit a number of Sales Agents to join their team in Peterlee.

Ideally with previous experience in customer service / contact centres, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer calls and correspondence are handled in a professional and courteous manner within defined Service Level Agreements.

This is a diverse role and some of the responsibilities include:
*Take and employ responsibility for handling customers confidential information
*Contribute ideas / suggestions for continuous improvement in systems and procedures within the centre
*Be aware of and strive to achieve excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude and a good telephone manner. You should be committed with a focus on targets and goals, both individual and that of the team.
