Manpower are currently recruiting for a Service Centre Coordinator/Customer Care Agents for our leading Medical Solutions Provider, GE Healthcare based in Chalfont St Giles. GE Healthcare is looking for an experienced customer service agent to join their busy and vibrant team for a minimum 6 month contract initially, with the potential to be extended to 18 months. You will be the key point of contact for the reporting, dispatching of engineers and following up of medical equipment breakdowns. You will be responsible for resolving minor problems at source and scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance visits for core equipment.

Salary and Benefits:
GE Healthcare is initially offering £10.51 per hour with increases in your rate, the further you progress in your training, plus either free on site car parking or free shuttle buses from the nearest tube station to their location.
Opportunities for overtime are available and is paid at time and a half!

Key Responsibilities are as follows:
* Take incoming calls and log problems on the MUST system
* Manage system breakdowns until completion
* Manage the completion of Preventative Maintenance Service for all core equipment
* Responsible for all open job activities in the region
* Manage Field Engineer's work plans
* Take incoming calls from Field Engineers, record comments and agree an action plan
* Order and arrange distribution of parts
* Escalate issues as required

* Basic computer and typing skills
* Must have experience of dealing with complex work stations and computer systems
* Microsoft Office Proficiency
* Must be able to work independently with minimum direction
* Call centre/Help desk background
* Must provide first class customer service and support
* Fluent in English
* Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise

Knowledge of the health care environment in the UK plus a good UK geographical knowledge.
