Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our client located in Glasgow city centre. You will be working for a Global Outsourcer on a utilities campaign as an inbound customer service advisor. This is a part time vacancy working between 4/5 hours Monday to Friday 1600hrs - 2200 hrs and Saturday 0800 - 1800 (candidates can advise how many hours they are able to work during these times)
As an inbound customer advisor you will be handling calls relating to energy supply, changes in circumstances, change of address and billing enquiries. Candidates should have an excellent telephone manner and work well within a team environment.
