CLASS 2/7.5T DRIVER/ REMOVALS OPERATIVE

Our client is looking for a Cat C/ 7.5t driver who ideally has house removal experience. The candidate must be physically fit as the role is focused on emptying contents from a property and will require heavy lifting. This role for the right candidate will lead to a permanent position.

The candidate will be smartly presented and will have good people skills as it will be a customer facing role. The candidate will have a Class 2 licence, valid CPC and Digi Card. Candidates must be 25 or over due to insurance criteria.

The role will require mostly manual handling. The driver along with a team of porters will be responsible for moving clients belongings from one place to another. They will be responsible for packing, transporting and delivering the goods. Training will be given on packing.

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday. We also have some part time/flexible working hours for drivers.
