In-house Recruitment Support

This role will have wide-ranging responsibility and you will be engaged in supporting business managers in the following activities:

*Weekly dashboard production - including conversion ratios and speed at each stage for all various recruitment sources
*Plan interview days & slots for each stream (Cloud & edge and Cyber)
*Setting up video interviews (videos with ASE support )
*Create high level interview questions and constant refresh of these
*Managing in house referrals
*Management & Set up of Induction for all New Staff
*Industry conferences - investigate options
*LinkedIn campaign with managers
*Stats for stream leads - interviewer performance analysis (monthly conversion rates / speed)
*Schedules & CVs to be printed in the recruitment village for interviewers
