Our wonderful client are an established Fine Wine Merchants, buying and selling the world's best wines, champagnes and spirits to a variety of clients all over the world. Situated in beautiful riverside offices within SW London, they have an intimate and dedicated team. Due to fantastic growth and they are now looking to expand the team with a number of positions including an Export Spirits Sales Specialist.
Well established within the Fine wines the business is excited to continue the footprint of their success within the fast growing Spirits Category - in particular Whiskeys and Cognacs.
Reporting directly to the MD, this is an exciting role where you can really make a difference.
This position can be very much adapted around the aspirations of the right candidate but in essence the role will entail the following -
Key responsibilities:
*Via strong relationships and existing networks the ability to map, develop and manage the Spirits/Whiskey category within the business.
Developing the purchasing channels on a global scale
*To utilise B2B export experience to increase networking opportunities and drive relationships in order to deliver sales and gross profit targets
*Recommend and help execute appropriate marketing and sales strategy.
Skills and experience:
*You will have experience trading/buying Spirits (ideally whiskeys) in a similar role
*You have excellent communications and networking skills, verbal and written, resulting in lasting relationships with your clients.
*You are results driven and self-starting and you enjoy the entrepreneurial challenge of growing sales and meeting targets. You have a proven track record in delivering results.
*Have a positive can-do attitude, you enjoy working in a small team and have a desire to form a lasting part of it.

Remuneration:
Salary, bonus and possibly shares very much depend on your experience and whether or not you bring your own clients, but is targeted to attract the best candidates.
