Manufacturing Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative based in the Hilsea Area.

The main role of the Manufacturing Operative is to carry out various functions within the Filament Winding, Cutting, pre production and Heatshell sections as necessary.

Ensuring all safety devices on equipment are checked prior to use, and any faults are reported to the Section Leader immediately.

Heatshelling- To manufacture product in accordance with the works order, the product specification, the manufacturing specification and/or drawings as appropriate.

Train on the cutting of materials as required against job sheets and drawings.

Keeping the shop floor area clean and tidy, and ensure all stock is stored in the appropriate areas.
