About the job
As a German Technical Support Customer Agent, you will be joining the German speaking team of 5 colleagues in an open office environment with the rest of the EU language teams. You will support incoming calls and emails from clients of the business. It is an inbound B2B (business to business) environment where it is most important that you can provide a friendly service and contribute to the positive image of the brand. Clients/customers will contact you in German with questions ranging from retrieving a password to trouble with installation of software or hardware, etc. the questions range from basic ones to the ones that require more in-depth knowledge.

You first couple months
We created a two weeks training schedule to teach you the different systems and start to feel comfortable in your role. After the two weeks you will be supporting a colleague at his or her desk, until you feel ready to start raking calls and tickets yourself from your own desk. Of course, your colleagues are right there to support you if needed and if needed you can always escalate it to the 2nd level support. From experience, after two months you will feel more comfortable to take more in-depth it queries as your knowledge keeps expending.

The company
8 out of 10 IT giant choose to set their EU office in Ireland. It will there for not a be a surprise that this is one of the 8! Unfortunately, we cannot mention the name in advertisements, but you don't need to be sherlock to figure it out with these hints; based in Dublin 15 they have a large campus with a total of 6 buildings! One of the buildings holds the IT Customer Care department where you will be settling in.

What we offer
*The position offers a set salary of 28k annually on a 23-month contract length to start off with with Manpower onsite the client.
*Working hours will be between 07:00 and 18:00, depending on the market you are working. It is a 40-hour workweek from Monday - Friday, no weekends or shift work.
*You can earn up to 1.400 Euro annually in bonusses based on performance

Who are you?
*You are fluent in the German and English language and enjoy using your skills
*A strong interest to start/develop a career in IT and customer service
*Any previous work experience or education in IT is a benefit but certainly not essential as we can train anything when you have the right mind set
*Currently have an EU Passport or Irish Visa stamp 4
*You are a great team player and enjoy helping others

I'm interested, what are the process?
It is a fast-moving process, but I will be supporting you with the steps! We will have a chat together about the role and your experience. I will pop you a basic questionnaire and afterwards will schedule an interview for you, either face to face (when in Ireland) or via Skype. We have the interview feedback on the day itself and when positive you will have your contract send out immediately as well.
