Customer Service Advisor P/T

Manpower is recruiting Part time Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Bangor, Co Down.

We are looking for people with personality. People who'll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions that will leave them smiling.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a high level of customer service, assisting with various enquiries, such as applications updates and renewals. Working in a fast paced environment, you will support with enquiries on an inbound calling line.

The hours of work are between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 5.30pm.You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance.

Part time morning and evening shifts available with one full day at the weekend. Two full weekend shift would also be possible.If you need a set shift pattern please don't hesitate to ask, we aim to be flexible with days and hours.
