Manpower is currently recruiting for a Membership Administrator based on the Antrim Road, Belfast.
Hours of work: 9am - 17pm Monday - Thursday / 9am - 16pm Friday (36h p/w)
Type of contact: 3 month contract
Pay: £13.46 p/h
Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcoming visitors, connecting them to the department/person they wish to visit or speak with. Check location of meeting using the room booking system on
Outlook, for visitors attending meetings and direct them accordingly.Receiving delivery of stationery requisitions, checking, ordering and issuing stationery to the requester once delivered.
Receiving delivered post and sorting ready for collection by each department. Receiving outgoing post from departments and franking it ready for collection
Making and maintaining records of bookings for all meeting rooms including making special arrangements, buffets and use of equipment, ensuring the appropriate authorisation is given where needed.
Essential criteria:
Experience in an administrative environment
Computer literate
