Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is looking for a Senior Administrator to support the Waste & Decommissioning Department team at a critical stage as they look to define and develop the defueling and deconstruction business within the business.


Main Responsibilities:

*Diary management to include scheduling appointments and making arrangements for meetings, booking rooms and external venues.
*Preparing and printing out meeting packs/papers.
*Helping prepare documents/presentations.
*Processing new starters to include ordering IT equipment and arranging passes and induction training.
*Reconciling and processing expenses on Concur.
*General admin to include facilitating desk/department moves, logging requests on the Corporate and Hospitality Register, ordering stationery, arranging catering for meetings as and when required.
*E-mail management for respective Managers.
*Supporting the management of team budgets including processing orders and collecting data for accountabilities.


Skills required:

*Previous administration or secretarial experience in supporting a large team.
*Excellent organisation skills; be able to prioritise and enjoy working in a team environment as well as on their own.
*Flexible approach to tackling day to day challenges within a busy team.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
*Ability to be diplomatic and confidential when dealing with sensitive work.
*Finance experience (desirable).
*Working knowledge of SAP (desirable).
