Reservations Manager

I'm looking to hire an experienced Reservations Manager with passion for delivering splendid customer service.

You will be working for a Four Red Star Luxury hotel in the Hook area. The hotel is in the heart of 66 acres of parkland and it has the longest uninterrupted views in Hampshire.

In this role, you will need to be very dedicated to deliver hospitality of the highest standard. You will be responsible for the management and direction of the Reservations Office. You will need to be responsible for the maximisation of revenue through effective management of room rates, bedroom inventory, restaurant and lounge reservations. You will need to be immaculately presentable, friendly and able to adapt to any situations as they arise.

Own transport needed.

Salary starts on £25k per year, depending on experience.
