Reception Manager

I'm looking to hire an experienced Reception Manager with passion for delivering superb customer service.

You will be working for a Four Red Star Luxury hotel in the Hook area. The hotel is in the heart of 66 acres of parkland and it has the longest uninterrupted views in Hampshire.

In this role, you will need to be dedicated to delivering hospitality of the highest standard. You will be responsible for the management and direction of the Reception Team. The role will include preparing accommodation and meal bills accurately for all of the guests and ensuring that the system balances at the end of your shift. You will need to be immaculately presented, friendly and able to adapt to situations as they arise. You will also need to be commercially and financially aware and be able to influence the ''bottom line'' figures.

One of the most important skills in this role is for you to have the ability to be calm and work well under pressure and be able to multi-task.

Own transport needed.

Salary starts on £25k per year, depending on experience.
