We are looking for a Conference & Banqueting Manager to join an award winning Conference and Banqueting team.

* You will be responsible for the daily operations of the Conference and Banqueting department.
* You will manage conferences and banquets ensuring consistency in setup and throughout the execution of the event.
* Together with the C&B Management Team, you will ensure that your staff are motivated and trained to meet the highest levels of guest care and service.
* You will oversee a management team, a team of regular staff members and temporary agency staff.
* You will be a part of the Food and Beverage team, working alongside other Food and Beverage Heads of Department.

Required Experience:
* Previous management experience within a luxury hotel environment is essential as you will be overseeing luxury weddings and exclusive conferences and events.
* Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot throughout the department.
* Impeccable personal appearance.
* Strong interpersonal skills, articulate and confident communicator.
* Handle pressure calmly and professionally.
* Thrive on working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Development of training activities and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Personal preference to be on the floor and be prepared to get physically involved in set-ups, clear-downs, service and function requests.
* Rota development and staff scheduling.
