Our clients based in Bexleyheath are currently recruiting for a temporary People Readiness Administrator.
The role of the administrator will include:
*To provide appropriate focus on Health and Safety across the Smart Metering Installation activity and ensure that processes and plans are in place to guarantee an incident free performance within the People Readiness Training Team.

*Liaising directly with Training Team, People Readiness Channel and Pipeline Analyst, Technical and Quality Assurance Analyst, Deployment Analytics, Scheduling and Third Party Providers on a regular basis to ensure that the data and analysis is appropriate and reflected in the reporting and packs that are produced.

*To track the monthly and weekly Key Performance Indicators and to present these at the Continuous Improvement Forum with a view to driving change and improving performance within the Training arena.

*To produce a monthly KPI pack for Training & Development and to identify and track trends and advise Senior Management where intervention is required or where trends are deviating to critical levels. This will involving sourcing information from a variety of channels such as Mentoring, Training, Gas Colleges, Operational Business and TA/QA

*To attend the monthly Continuous Improvement Forum whereby Key Performance Indicators will be used as the main input to driving change across People Readiness.

*To be able to analyse a wide variety of data and to make recommendations on where to target activity and to be able to improve such metrics and data sources.
*To be able to quickly flag problems and issues associated with what the data trends are displaying and able to present suitable recommendations to Senior Management.

*To produce presentation packs for Senior Management forums and presentations such as the Smart metering Senior Decision Group Meeting, People Readiness Steering Group Meeting and People Readiness Deep Dives.


The post holder will be required to use SAP as the main scheduling tool, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
*Experience of Business Planning and reporting
*Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Continuous Improvement Methodologies
*Advanced Presentational skills (using IT resources such as MS Powerpoint)
*Strong numerical and analytical skills
*The ability to plan and schedule work effectively
*Able to work effectively across business units with effective influencing skills at organisational level
*Ability to prioritise conflicting priorities and to work under pressure
