An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager based at their prestigious facility in Leatherhead. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week starting ASAP. This role is paying up to a maximum £68K per annum pro rata, depending on experience. (£340 Ltd per day).

The job purpose is to bring key business critical projects to market over short time frames. The UFS strategy has identified key areas of priority where the business needs to accelerate growth quickly in order to win in the marketplace.
The person in this role will work with 1 line report, agencies and lead a cross functional team including contacts in retail marketing, CD and global teams to deliver sustainable business results quickly.

This role reports into the Marketing Director for Food Solutions UK & Ireland and has overall responsibility for the following projects:

This role is responsible for :
o Delivering the marketing plan for Elderly (Care and development of Retirement Living)
o Deploying the accelerated Front of House Dressings strategy with Pubs and Restaurants
o Leading and developing the team for Elderly and support on Pubs/Restaurants
o Growing the number of operators who are engaged and buying from UFS through
Marketing Communication to these accounts and their units including digital and social campaigns, sponsorship and media through industry and trade using channel insight
o Working with CD to gain penetration of products within accounts directly or through trade
o Defining and measuring against Commercial KPIs
o Lead their part of the UK & Ireland annual planning cycle
o Leading thinking on how to deliver the Sustainability agenda aligned to customer needs.
o Other projects depending on delivery of the above and opportunities that arise
o Occasional national travel and overnights required

Qualifications and Experience

o Degree level (in marketing/business studies preferably) or International Equivalent essential
o 7+ years experience of marketing and sales roles
o Leading and developing teams
o Successful line management of one or more reports
