Full time Customer Service (no sales)

We are currently recruiting for a number of roles based in Wigan Town Centre where regular intakes will take place over the coming months due to continual expansion.

We are currently looking for people who can demonstrate their ability to communicate with customers in a warm and friendly manner, along with some PC skills.

Within this exciting role you will be speaking to existing customers whose current electric/gas meters are being replaced with the new Smart Meters that are being rolled out across the UK.

You will be booking appointments, convenient for the customer, for engineers to attend the property to fit their new Smart Meter.

In return for your commitment and hard work, our client will offer you an ongoing assignment and regular on-going training on site.

Hours worked are from Monday to Friday from 12 midday to 8pm weekly, Saturday working is also required (1 in 4 Saturdays) plus overtime is available.
