Our client based in Yate is looking for a new addition to join their fast past logistics team who thrive to provide outstanding customer service. Taking the industry by storm since 1946 our client delivers globally and employs over 50,000 people.

Applicants -

You will require excellent administration skills teamed with a passion for speaking to new people on different levels. You will have had previous office based experience and enjoy being organised and have good geographical knowledge.


THE JOB -

* On a daily basis, you will be dealing with inbound queries from different customers
* Dealing with the subcontracted drivers and arranging their work
* Calling customers back to confirm bookings and deal with queries
* Administration is key, so you must be analytical
* Your verbal communication will be strong
* Some calls may be quite technical so you must posses the confidence to deal with these calls.
* The hours will be Monday to Friday 8 AM - 17.00 PM or 9.00AM - 18.00 PM
