My client is seeking a professional assistant to start a 12 month assignment as quickly as possible. The role is being offered on a 12 month temporary contract with a view to being made permanent.
This is a full time position with standard Monday to Friday working hours, Free parking is also offered on site
You will work with colleagues throughout the business and with suppliers to achieve the best possible result.
Your main duties will include but not limited too
Liaise with Suppliers to identify key data required for the products they supply
Update The ERP system with the data collected
Produce progress reports
Identify and escalate problems to the relevant Buyer/Purchasing Manager
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Must have good general IT skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to interact with Colleagues and Suppliers of all levels to achieve goals
Good Telephone Manner
High level of accuracy
