Senior Sales Executive

Our client is growing, leading the UK in landline, Mobile provisions and innovative software solutions. Due to growth, we are recruiting an experienced B2B & B2C Sales Executive/Telemarketing Executive to join the team.

Working in an office environment, as well as customer facing where necessary you will be responsible for building your client base making outbound calls and visits to relevant businesses and customers to introduce the products and services on offer.

Key Skills Required:

• Previous proven sales experience making outbound calls
• Cold calling experience
• Appointment making experience
• Dealing with Business to Business communications
• PC literate
• Confident, professional telephone manner
• Target driven
• Self-motivated
• Customer focused

Accountabilities:

* Conducting outbound and inbound calls to prospective (Warm) and existing business customers across the UK

* Provide fantastic customer service for new and existing customers

* Understanding Customer needs, recognising sales opportunities and utilising them

* Matching products and services to established needs and liaising with the team on an ongoing basis

* Dealing with all areas of the services provided including Telecommunication, Wifi Services, Insurance, Landlines and Handsets

* Maintaining regular contact with existing customer base, building relationships and developing new accounts
