The Regional Manager is responsible for Manpower's UK brand delivery for SMB temporary business, across all verticals within the Manpower five core markets - customer care, admin office, warehouse, manufacturing and driving and logistics - and you will be expected to maximise GP opportunity throughout your client base in each of these core areas.

You will be responsible for driving and leading your team to deliver the highest levels of performance excellence to support them in dominating their regional market. Working to agreed targets you will be accountable for managing your business in a dynamic way employing the behaviours and skills captured in the 6 fundamental building blocks that link to the Leadership Success Model and Temporary consultants focused on delivering temporary placements to both national accounts and general business. Your dedicated team may be made of 360 and 180 consultants.

A "One Manpower" mind-set is critical - you will be collaborating with peers across the brands and support functions to drive successful outcomes across the wider business. You will also be directly responsible for implementing the Manpower brand strategy and ensuring alignment across your peer group developing your area of responsibility with a corporate mind-set. You will demonstrate flexibility and agility, embracing corporate initiatives and gaining support and follower ship from your teams, and will adopt digital recruitment strategies, ensuring your teams are using up to date and relevant channels to recruit for our clients.

Strategy

  • Translates, implements and drives strategy as set by the Head of Staffing
  • Influences strategy through active feedback
  • Delivers regional goals as set by the Head of staffing in line with wider strategy

  • Builds a diverse talent pipeline
  • Coaches direct reports to build capability
  • Creates time for wider team that enables a coaching environment to focus and achieve performance expectations

Sales

  • Ensures strong business mix of our specific sectors
  • Actively leads business development through the team
  • Meets clients and drives new business opportunity across all verticals Collaboration
  • Performance accountability
  • Works with the Operational excellence team to drive efficient business
  • Works with our Centre of Recruitment Excellence to deliver greater efficiency's in permanent placement process and improve ROI

Self-Development

  • Develops relationships across front and back office and ManpowerGroup brands
  • Demonstrates growth mind-set
  • Builds profile through thought leadership and networking within region

Efficiency

  • Understanding P&L including ratio management
  • Drives system adoption and utilisation
  • Data Analytic/CMS metrics as part of business thinking

Experience Require

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience delivering recruitment solutions, and more specifically providing talent attraction campaigns clients previously worked with. As well as this, the successful candidate will have previously led a "business winning" recruitment team (preferably remotely based) and have a full understanding of the market that Manpower, and it's clients currently operate in.

You will be part of a successful Region, led by an extremely motivational Manager, and gain support and best practice ideas from our other Regional Temps Managers . Our annual people survey results from our people showed this Region to be the most engaged and motivated, and this has been through coaching and development of the people, to enable them to deliver on our targets/goals.
