Our client is currently recruiting for a Maintenance controller based in a call center environment in Park Royal. Shifts: Monday - Friday
Hours: 9am - 17:00
Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering maintenance calls
* Management and organisation of Maintenance Control Screen
* Liaise with workshops in regards to moving or rebooking scheduled events
* Overall administration of fleet vehicles
* Answering queries and concerns from clients via EsHelpDesk
* Ad hoc administration duties including invoices, projects, call quality and supplier management
* Contacting the customer to arrange scheduled bookings (24 hours in advance)
* General Process support and Overflow MET calls
An automotive background or passion would be an advantage.
