Support Agent
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Agent to join our client, a market leader in the global IT industry.
This role is primarily to support the Field Sales Representatives to enable them to maximise their selling time with customers.
The successful candidate will be the single point of contact for pricing, and order fulfilment requests via inbound/outbound calls and inbox management. You will be responsible for opportunity management through the complete end to end sales cycle by engaging with the virtual team, preferred channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performs end to end data entry in line with pre-defined processes
* Owns resolution for moderate and complex customer issues (e.g. distribution, pricing) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives
* Owns resolution of order management issues for all product lines using expert subject matter knowledge
* Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records
* Manages indirect and direct deal escalations to achieve standard SLAs
You should be proactive, self-motivated and self-starting. You will have good time management and good team working skills.
