We have a great opportunity to join an industry leading organisation based in Birmingham as a Customer Support Coordinator.
You will be required to provide a high standard of both inbound and outbound telephone support and associated administrative tasks. Delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers within a critical timeframe.
As a Customer Support Coordinator you will be required to:
* Respond to all incoming calls as required
* Process outbound calls to appropriate area
* Accurately and efficiently enter information reported onto the relevant systems
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest level of accuracy
* Ensure individual KPIs are achieved and maintained
* Adapt approach depending on customer situation
* Strive to maximise internal and external customer satisfaction
Skills and experience required:
* Excellent time-keeping and attendance history
* Exceptional telephone manner
* Ambitious and target driven
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
* Being a team player
* Willing to take ownership and responsibility for customer requirements
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
* Calm under pressure and flexible in approach
