About the job
Manpower, in partnership with their client, are recruiting for a Customer Service Technical Agent in Dublin 15. As a Customer Service Technical Agent, you provide 1st level support to for commercial customers of the business.
The support delivered is Business to Business (B2B) only and the customers contact you directly with their IT queries by phone, E-mail or logging a Web Ticket. All communications are inbound, meaning that the customers reach out to us. There is no cold calling involved.
The type of incoming customer queries variate between; software installations, printer problems, network issues and password resets. If any more complex issues arise and you, with your team, cannot solve it, it can be escalated to the 2nd level support.
It is a great opportunity to start or develop your career further in IT and work with a big brand company. You will gain vast exposure to different parts of a global business including service management, 2nd level support, technical resolver groups, quality control and finance. You will build valuable transferable skills in customer service, IT troubleshooting, problem determination, teamwork and quality control.
What you bring to the table
*Can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and self-develop
*Previous customer service experience in a busy or high targeted environment
*Strong interest to start a career in IT. Any education or experience in the IT sector is beneficial but not essential. We can teach you everything and give you access to loads of online training platforms.
*Fluent in English (oral and written)
*EU citizenship or in possession of an Irish Visa Stamp 4. Unfortunately, we cannot consider candidates abroad.
What we bring you
*Salary: €22.000 Euro annually
*Bonus up to €1.400 Euro annually
*Contract length: 23 months initially
*The company has different subsidized canteens across the different buildings and a Starbucks
*23 days holidays and 9 public holidays
*Workweek: 40 hours, Monday - Friday (no weekends or shifts)
*Certified and industry recognised training and development available. Manpower in conjunction with our client also offer access to over 6000 training courses including certified training courses in: Java -VMware -Adobe -Cisco -Linux -HTML, Microsoft Certifications - Prince2 -Six Sigma - ITIL - Leadership and many more
