Sales Negotiator, Gosforth

£18k + bonus, 37.5 hours incl. Saturday 9am-4pm and Sunday 9am-3pm - (with two days off during the week)

Main objective

Working individually and as part of a team to maximise sales office income, offering all clients a professional and courteous service whilst ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.

Main responsibilities

*Attendance at daily morning meetings to discuss business opportunities
*Registering all buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings and valuations
*Generate leads to financial services
*Follow through all viewings to ensure offers are secured wherever possible
*To act on behalf of the seller to ensure maximum possible price is achieved for every property
*Comprehensive completion of all chain details and effective closing of sale
*Providing vendor contact on a regular basis, including viewing feedback, marketing advice and price reductions, liaising with Valuer where necessary
*Ensuring all contact is recorded on file
*Identifying valuation opportunities for all sales offices
