PA/Co-Ordinator

Manpower has an exciting opportunity to work for Volkswagen Financial Services based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. My client is looking for a looking for a PA/ Coordinator to join their team for an immediate start.

This is an exciting period of change and growth, the ideal person for this role will be extremely proactive with previous PA experience

The Role

• Providing service excellence to key internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the office runs efficiently and anticipating the needs of the workforce
• Booking meeting rooms and appointments for the office as required
• Delivers multiple operational tasks and manages office and team administration duties
• Support the board members
• Extensive office and diary management experience for a variety of stakeholders, books travel, accommodation and meetings
• Ability to influence and build strong relations with a variety of individuals, approaches tasks in a solution orientated manner.

Experience / Skills Required

• Proven PA Experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills for individuals at all levels and backgrounds
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Excellent work ethos and good timekeeping
• Detail & accuracy driven
