Our client based in Bexleyheath are seeking 3 temporary staff on an ongoing basis to fulfil the roles of Field Optimisation Co-ordinator's. The successful candidates will ensure the full capacity and potential of the field operatives is achieved in terms of planned and unplanned activity and exception handling. The role will oversee all field activity and proactively monitor its progress, effectively maintain and update static data, appointment availability and ensure that non availability for all Field Force Service Providers (FFSPs) is minimised and effectively to prevent impact to the service delivery.

You will be required to:

  • organise, plan and prioritise workload
  • Proactively identifies risks and delays and devises and implements solutions to address them
  • Support Field Staff in resolving any issues that arise on a day to day basis
  • Proactively manage allocation and re-allocation of planned and unplanned activity
  • Ensure all technical and non-technical field operatives schedules are optimised to ensure productivity
  • Effective use of all Click software applications to ensure effective schedules are maintained for all field operatives
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships both inside and outside of the department, demonstrating positive personal behaviours and leading by example to ensure effective, coordinated delivery of targets

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following:

  • Experience of rolling out new processes and systems engaging users
  • Demonstrates the ability to translate requirements into practical deliverables and measures
  • Quick learner or willing to learn and to take responsibility
  • Desire to succeed
  • Demonstrate resilience whilst working under pressure
  • Able to seek and find information on systems and through networking with others
  • Willing to travel as required and flexible approach to location
  • Experience of change management (desirable)
  • Experience of introducing new working practices (desirable)
  • Knowledge and or experience of designing and implementing new processes and systems

This role requires shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and will include occasional Saturday working.
