Customer Adviser

I am looking for Customer Advisers for a new start up company who are willing to take a challenge and grow and develop within the business.

Responsibilities include:

Generate potential leads by completing target calls as set by team lead/ manager

Reach out to potential partners based on leads shared by other team (either referrals or competition data)

Explain about organisation and convince potential partner for engagement

Explain the monetary and non-monetary advantages

Effectively answer partner's queries

Document responses for further follow up

Explain partner related documentation requirements and confirm availability of documents with partner as per defined checklist

Help the potential partners complete the attachment process by directing them to nearest office

Follow up with potential partner to confirm that onboarding is completed
