As Claims advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need to notify their insurance of a possible claim to their motor policy, this can range from a simple chipped window screen to serious motoring accidents which could include fatalities - although these are far and few between we like to be honest and upfront about this possibility.
As Claims Advisor you will need to show compassion and empathy to our customers whilst taking down the information about the incident including any damage to the vehicle, any third party involvement, as well as any personal injury. During these calls it will be there responsibility to identify any further products or services that will assist the customer during this period, this includes hire car and personal injury.
This will be based on 39.5 hours per week between the hours of 7am -10pm Monday to Friday & Sunday, 8am-6pm on Saturday. Working a maximum of 2 in 8 Saturdays and 2 in 8 Sundays, with a day off in the week, on a fixed 8 week rolling rotation which consists of a mixture 2 weeks of early, 2 weeks of mid and 2 weeks of late shifts, as well as 2 flexi shifts which could be a mixture of any hours between 7am - 10pm Monday - Sunday - you will get the core hours 10 days in advance.

* Completion of Skills Based Test
* Individual Exercise - computer based
* Fast Track Interview
