Our Client is looking for an integral part of the team to drive B2B Sales within their Events and Conference Department. As the Sales Manager you will become an integral member of the team delivering excellence to all valued customers.

You will be working in unison to the GM and the Sales Team to drive the property forward and actively seek business.

This will be a role where the brand and the Property will be engaging with you; giving you practical training, development and progression in the rapidly expanding company.

Key responsibilities of the Successful Candidate:

* Work within a team, support the sales office and report to the General Manager & Regional Sales Manager
* Proactively seek out new accounts and handle new and existing client relationships for conferences accommodation and increase the market share for the hotel
* Demonstrate growth and sustain that level with new account planning
* Develop members of the team In House along with a high focus of building a strong network with teams across the brand
* Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline (short, medium and long term), coordinating support and driving activity
* Proposal support on selected pitches / proposals
* Lead the promotion, execution and communication of client feedback.
