We have an exciting temporary ongoing opportunity, for an Onsite Contract Consultant/Administrator to join our successful team.

You will be reporting to the Operational Team Manager and holidays, where possible, will also need to be taken in factory closure and will be supplied in advance.

Job Description:

  • To HR manage and support new and existing temporary staff once they commence an assignment.
  • First point of contact for all onsite issues whether from client management, trade union stakeholders or temporary employees.
  • To ensure there is an ongoing, professional and open communication between the client and Manpower.
  • To continuously aim to improve the service delivery offered to our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To HR manage all temporary staff including inductions, absence, performance management, holiday scheduling, monitoring of QPP's, etc. from point of assignment
  • Conducting investigations.
  • Arranging and conducting disciplinary hearings for employees and delivering compliant letters.
  • To liaise and build relationships with managers
  • Meeting and greeting with a professional and friendly attitude at all times
  • To support the client with adequate MI to demonstrate account compliance, progress and fulfilment of requirements.
  • To complete client and candidate satisfaction surveys and 360 degree feedback, monitoring to achieve continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Exit interviews to identify employees' reasons for leaving and general insight information on the Company.
  • Managing own time and time of your team to ensure all work is completed by deadlines and ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Ensuring tasks are undertaken in a logical and timely method.
  • Working proactively and on own initiative whilst encouraging team work.
  • Leasing with Health and Safety regarding any safety concerns.
  • Having the knowledge and confidence to answer queries from employees.
  • Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a HR Recruitment
  • Experience of recruiting and supporting a high volume of temporary workers ideal.
  • Experience working in an onsite based position would be advantageous.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage conflicting deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practice.
  • Good organisational Skills
  • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
  • Strong PC Skills - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must be confident in own ability and communication skills on all levels, with an ability to be professional yet friendly and approachable. The ideal applicant will have a can do attitude
  • Experience of dealing with difficult situations.
