An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading Global FMCG organisation, our client is currently looking for an Brand Artwork Coordinator based at Blackfriars, London. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying between £31,600 to £33,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.


Background / Main Job Purpose:
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support one of our highest priorities in our personal care range: our premium whitening 'White Now' range.
The teeth whitening segment has seen rapid growth across the world in the last 10 years and is expected to see further exponential growth over the next years, driven by the growing importance of beauty in oral care, which has moved from a secondary benefit to a centric need in the category. White Now has been one of the most successful launches to date in this whitening segment.
The target consumer is very exciting: dynamic, interested in beauty trends and innovations. The platform enjoys an ambitious R&D program aimed at creating truly breakthrough technologies for the future.
This is a global role, partnering with markets in Europe, NAMET, LATAM and China.
The ideal candidate will share our passion for beauty and marketing, with the ability to support the Whitening Brand Manager to deliver a premium marketing mix across product, packaging and communications.
Key requirements:

*Very strong attention to detail & able to manage complex processes
*Can work to tight deadlines
*Strong interpersonal skills and good at leading/working with teams
*High sensibility and passion for beauty and personal care, high sense of aesthetics
*Ideally already have marketing experience - including some design/artworking
*Must have an interest in digital communications - ideally with some experience of developing content for digital platforms

Main Accountabilities:
1. Manage the deployment of the brand pack designs, including:
*Support Brand Manager across pack design development
*Responsible for management of all artworking activities including local translations, artwork briefs to agency, accuracy of content, timely approvals
*Day to day liaison with design/print management agencies, suppliers and cross-functional team (i.e. packaging, supply chain, procurement, marketing)
*Responsible for management & reporting of design/artwork schedules
*Some travel may be required for colour proofing

2. Support Brand Manager across communication campaign development, including:
*Preparation for consumer research
*Adaptation of comms assets (strong focus on digital channels)

3. Support & co-ordinate other day-to-day marketing operational activities, including:
*Monitoring & updating project network
*Preparation of internal presentations & meetings
