£16,875 (PLUS potential to earn up to 25% of salary on a quarterly bonus)

Full time permanent position: 40 hours per week

This role includes customer service, soft sales (Upselling) and inquiry management.

Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service
* Customer liaison through phone and email
* Ensure that company policies are maintained
* Maintain hygienic environment working to guidelines, health and safety regulations
* Upselling products (Boxes, Bubble wrap, Locks etc.) to meet KPI's

Ideal Person:
To be successful for this role, you will need:
* To have a strong retail background
* Confident Salesperson
* Confident on the phone and face to face
* Customer Service experience
* Ability to work to targets in a fast paced environment
