Manpower are currently recruiting for an office administrator to work for our client in Guildford.
The post holder will be responsible for the timely and effective personal assistance service to the Chief Information Officer and IT senior management team making the best use of their time. Administration support will also be delivered across the IT and Information departments ensuring that daily tasks and on-going workloads are prioritised and delivered in agreed time frames.
The post holder will also assist Programme and Project Managers in the collation and management of Programme and Project documentation ensuring that all documents are accurately named and filed electronically. Furthermore, the IT senior management team will be supported with the weekly and monthly reporting in line with standard governance procedures.
The post holder will also be responsible for procurement within the IT and Information departments as well as the wider Trust for IT related services and goods.
Sole responsibility for some areas of the job will be retained by the post holder and the post holder will safeguard confidential and sensitive information in relation to patients and staff and will follow the policies and procedures.
