HGV1 DRIVERS REQUIRED

Manpower Driving & Logistics Belfast is currently seeking to recruit HGV 1 general haulage drivers for their client based in Ballymena, Northern Ireland.

You will need to be fully flexible for shifts across the week and weekends and also short notice. The work will be temporary as and when required with a variety of shifts across the 6 day week. Shifts are from 7am x 12 hour shifts and You will be paid a minimum of 8 hours. In return you will receive a competitive rate of pay, free uniform and holiday pay, car parking.

Duties include:

• Loading goods for delivery efficiently ensuring securely fastened and wrapped for protection.
• Keep record of mileage through tachographs and deliveries.
• Deal appropriately with invoices and delivery notes received and ensure they are completed for each load.
• Compliance with various regulations that exist relating to your vehicle, such as speed, load limits or hours of driving.
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Maintaining your vehicle and keeping it clean.
