The job:

We are looking for a new addition to our client's Website Support Team in Dublin city. You would be joining a multinational team onsite one of the biggest technology firms in Dublin and assist business clients with optimizing the speed of their mobile websites by altering the code of the websites. To support client's mobile websites, you will be coding/programming in HTML, CSS and Java Script.

You will gain experience in a multinational company and get the opportunity to work with B2B customers such as online advertisers and internal sales and services teams, giving them guidance, support and training on how to optimize their mobile websites.


The fit:

To deal with the challenges of this position you should ideally be a quick learner with an interest in the technical aspects of mobile web development and optimization, and be able to communicate effectively via phone, email, chat and video.

To succeed in the role, you will also need to have the basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and Photoshop as you will have to read and alter simple HTML/CSS code.

you will be working with German or French speaking clients, meaning you will need to be fluent in either German or French.


The fine print:

This is a permanent role where you will be provided with intensive on-the-job training, for a company which offers career progression opportunities across the globe. Your salary will be 28,000 to 30,000 per annum, and you will be given 25 days holidays per year.
