Multilingual Delivery Recruitment Consultant

Manpower Group Ireland has an exciting opportunity for 1 Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our Staffing Recruitment Department. Due to internal restructuring and growth these opportunity have become available within the Multilingual sector.
However, experience within this area is not essential.

What is a Recruitment Delivery Consultant?
This is very much a Candidate Focused role with No Business Development. Your role is to fill open and qualified positions that have been secured by your Team Leader. Upon consistent fulfillment of quarterly revenue targets, you can progress through Manpower's Delivery Team Career Path.

Who should apply?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a role with No Business Development. Equally this role would suit an individual looking to move from in house to an agency environment.
However, if you love market research and building relationships and you have a proven track record in these area's then this Delivery Consultant role is an excellent start to your recruitment career.

What does a typical day look like?
· Review of Work in progress to prioritise roles for the day
· Networking with potential candidates across social media, LinkedIn and Manpower's Internal Database
· On the Phone - speaking with candidates for market research
· In Depth Telephone Interviews
· Summarising skillset and formatting CV's for submission to clients
· Managing advertising campaigns for open roles
· Sharing market intelligence with your team leader and colleagues
· Extending offers and managing candidates
· Reaching KPI's of CV send out and Interviews scheduled in order to reach quarterly revenue targets

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Starting salary up to €30,000 depending on experience.

Hours of Work: M to T 8.30am to 5pm F 8.30am to 4.30pm (work from home opportunities upon completion of 6 months probation).
