Manpower UK is currently recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent for our client based in Belfast City Centre.
This is an opportunity to work with a multinational provider of information technology, networking technology solutions and Business Process Outsourcing to the telecommunications industry.
Specific skills:
- Fluent French - Written and Spoken
- Basic concepts of Computers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Basic Desktop troubleshooting
- IE & Outlook troubleshooting.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting.
- Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills - Written & Verbal
- Good analytical skills and Presence of Mind
What to expect for the role:
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Pay rate: £8.50 p/h
Weekly pay and 28 days annual leave
