Sales Executive (Closer) Salary: £18-20K DOE+ Very competitive bonus (Uncapped)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a newly established telecommunications company in Fareham. Our client focuses on small businesses- selling mobile and telephony solutions B2B. They are looking for someone who is driven, has a hunter mentality, willing to drive business and do it all the while having fun and enjoying what they do. They offer a very competitive commission structure alongside the competitive basic salary. A successful applicant will have experience within telecoms, and account management experience inclusive of upselling. Full training is provided, and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Job Duties will include:

Calling potential customers to discuss their business needs, and requirements, and offering cost-effective solutions

Contacting leads sourced by lead generators and closing the deal

Achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets in line with company process and procedures

Maintaining existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service, and upselling dependent on business needs

Key Objectives:

-Being aware of company objectives, keeping in mind budgets, targets and campaigns in order to achieve maximum profitability and volume of sales.

-Using your personality and rapport building skills to achieve set targets

-Achieving maximum customer retention through sales process

-Upselling and maximising every sales opportunity

-Ensuring the highest levels of customer service, including dealing with customer queries and complaints

- -Developing and maintaining the highest level of industry knowledge

-Logging sales activities and managing your customer pipeline and leads

Hours of work:

Mon to Fri - 9:00am - 5:00pm
